A "Ballsy" Trip to Turkey and the Beginning of Forever
While their on-screen characters rarely crossed paths, Qualls and Olsson's real-life connection was forged at a "Supernatural" convention. They barely knew each other, exchanging just a few words before fate intervened.
Qualls was planning a trip to Turkey with a friend when Olsson, in a move that Qualls described as "so ballsy," asked to join them.
"Can I come on your trip with you?" Olsson asked, surprising Qualls with his boldness.
"And I'm like, 'That is so ballsy!'" Qualls recalled on his podcast, "Locked and Probably Loaded." "I could never invite myself on somebody's trip. 'Cause I'd be afraid they would begrudgingly tell me yes and then not want me there.
