Jensen Ackles Says This Marvel Actress Was “Horrible To Work With”

Jensen Ackles, everyone's favorite demon-hunting, superhero-playing heartthrob, is making headlines for an old interview that's resurfaced and gone viral. And let's just say, it involves some serious Hollywood shade thrown at none other than Jessica Alba.

"She Had It Out for Me!" Ackles Describes Tense "Dark Angel" Days

Remember the sci-fi action series "Dark Angel"? Turns out, things weren't so angelic behind the scenes, at least according to Ackles. In a resurfaced clip from Michael Rosenbaum's "Inside of You" podcast, Ackles dishes about his time on the show, particularly his experience working with leading lady, Jessica Alba.

"She had it out for me," Ackles admitted, describing their dynamic as "the worst kind of bickering a brother and sister could do.

" Ackles joined "Dark Angel" in its second season as Alec, a genetically-enhanced clone who caught the eye of Alba's Max Guevara. But according to Ackles, the on-screen chemistry didn't translate off-screen.

Ackles attributed some of the tension to the immense pressure Alba was under as the young star of a hit show. "She was young, she was in a relationship [with co-star Michael Weatherly] that was rocky and causing some stress," he explained.

But even with the understanding of a stressful set, Ackles didn't hold back on painting a picture of Alba's on-set behavior. He joked, "I was the new, fresh face on the set… Like 'oh, here’s the pretty boy the network brought in for more window dressing.'"

How did he deal with it? "Fight fire with fire," Ackles revealed.
