She's got two beautiful children with her singer/songwriter husband Rob Giles.
And now Grey's Anatomy star Caterina Scorsone is expecting her third child, making the announcement as she shared pictures of the family celebrating Halloween.
'Our Family's about to get even kookier,' Caterina wrote, adding the hashtag '#pumpkinintheoven'.

The Addams Family-inspired matching costumes showed the actress, 38, proudly showing off her bump while dressed as Morticia, her husband as Charles, seven-year-old daughter Eliza as Wednesday and two-year-old Pippa as Pugsley.
She has used her fame to advocate for Down's Syndrome families, following her youngest daughter's diagnosis.

But her fear subsided when the news sunk in.
'This simple voice came to me where I was like, 'I don't know what to do — oh, I'm supposed to keep her safe and I'm supposed to make her feel loved,''' she said.
First appearing as Dr. Amelia Shepherd in Private Practice, Caterina then began appearing on sister show Grey's Anatomy, becoming a series regular in 2014. She can currently be seen on season 16 of the ever popular medical show.
Her first pregnancy was written into the show, while her second was avoided by producers.
Her character is currently pregnant onscreen.
